Our Vision
We have a seven-fold vision for the Brenham Church of Christ:
1. A loving, caring, accepting family that is a safe harbor
2. A family that serves God and others as we imitate Christ
3. A family that is led by the Spirit to grow into the image of God and in grace and the knowledge of Christ
4. An encouraging, uplifting family that is salt, light and leaven in our community
5. A family where each person's gifts, abilities and knowledge are discovered and actively used in service to the body and the community
6. A family that reaches upward, outward and inward
7. A family that loves each other deeply
Our Purpose
We are a family of believers sharing LIFE in Christ. LIFE is an acronym that stands for Love, Involvement, Faithfulness and Exuberance. We believe that we have been called to love God and love others. We believe in the importance of involvement in the family of God and community of Brenham. We believe in being faithful to God and to one another. We are a people filled with an exalting, passionate joy. |
